Dear Mary, I hope you’ve been doing well! I’ve been thinking of several ways to improve gender equality and give women better chances to develop their ability.  

Firstly, the importance and roles of women should be propagated to the development of society.

Secondly, education system should do more to improve the knowledge of people about women, and to eliminate the prejudice of neglecting women and their value. 

Thirdly, the government needs to have policies to prioritize women, so that they have better chances to develop their ability, and better conditions to contribute more to the society, and to compete equally with men. 

Finally, more jobs should be made available to women so that they will have better conditions to develop themselves to be equal to men.

Mình hy vọng bạn vẫn khỏe! Mình đã nghĩ về một số cách để cải thiện bình đẳng giới và giúp phụ nữ có nhiều cơ hội hơn để phát triển khả năng của mình.

Thứ nhất, vai trò và tầm quan trọng của phụ nữ nên được tuyên truyền trong sự phát triển của xã hội.

Thứ hai, hệ thống giáo dục cần làm nhiều hơn để nâng cao nhận thức của mọi người về phụ nữ, cũng như xóa bỏ định kiến coi nhẹ phụ nữ và giá trị của họ.
